This book is intended to help the reader be part of the rich movement dialogue in the rapidly changing field of myofascial science and to spark conversation between diverse professions from the physical trainer to the physicist.  We will be exploring our human body in form and movement from insights via our spatial relationship with the world.  Everyone is welcome at the table and this book dives into the myofascial universe through a full exploration into anatomy, movement, concepts of space, and the many disciplines that are taking interest.  There are highlighted ‘break out boxes’ giving voice to the ideas and work of leaders in the field of myofascial movement in their own words as well as ‘thought boxes’ to encourage your own ideas. Additionally, there are ‘movement labs’ which give the reader applications to discover in their own body and with others.  The author, with her extensive background in art history, myofascial movement, anatomical dissection and more, weaves the conversation in this visually rich and thought provoking book.
